There is no limit to purchases made online with us. However, to get the privilege of free shipping, the single bill value should be more than INR2000/-

4.       Are there any discounts for returning customers?

There are no discounts for online purchases made by returning customers; only free shipping privileges are offered. However, returning offline / direct customers may be given 5% discount if purchase value is more than INR6999/- (*Conditions apply)

5.       What payment methods does this website accept?

Payments can be made using NEFT / IMPS directly to our bank account and the confirmation reference codes can be shared with us. Alternatively PayTM and PhonePe can also be used for payments to us.

6.       Does this website accept Cash-On Delivery?

No, we do not accept Cash-On Delivery.

7.       What shipping methods does this website use?

We use Standard Surface Couriers like Professional Couriers and ST Couriers. Tracking numbers will be shared when dispatched. India Speed Post will be used for delivery to remote locations where courier services are unavailable. Air Couriers like BlueDart and Aramex will be utilised, only if requested by you and if the shipping cost is borne by the customers for such deliveries.

48 Hours for standard packing / 72 Hours for custom packing

Maximum of 10 working days from order request and full payment confirmation

50 pieces / sets will be considered and discounts will be calculated based on the order
